Rhoni is a leader in the BC environmental industry with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Ecofish as Executive Director, Rhoni was VP, Strategy, Marketing and Communications for Global Consulting with Ausenco, a global engineering firm.
From 2010-2017 Rhoni led strategy development and execution, marketing and communications, and supported business development for Hemmera across Canada. During the acquisition of Hemmera to Ausenco in 2017, Rhoni supported the internal M&A activities including the successful integration of the 2 companies. Rhoni took on her global role following Hemmera’s acquisition by Ausenco, leading the strategic planning and execution, and marketing for the global consulting business. She played an integral role on Hemmera’s and Ausenco’s senior leadership teams during this time.
Rhoni has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Royal Roads University, Leading By Design Certificate from the Banff Centre, and Strategic Business Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
