Booker has over 15 years of experience as a software developer and project manager, developing applications for a variety of clients including government and industry. He has worked with many database frameworks, including MySQL, MS Access, MS Server SQL, and PostgreSQL. Booker also has experience developing web applications in PHP, Perl, Python, and other scripting languages, as well as windows applications in Visual Basic and 4th GL Clarion.
At Ecofish, Booker has developed applications on a propriety cloud application called EcoDAT that allow for real-time hydrology monitoring and data analysis, as well as providing digital field data storage and tiered quality assurance systems to ensure that data used in reporting is of the highest standards. He also spearheaded Ecofish’s mobile device field data collection program, making our data entry and quality assurance work more efficient.
