As the Manager of Business Development and the Manager of Safety, Camille MacIntosh provides critical direction to various Ecofish departments at all levels of operations. In her role as Manager of Business Development, Camille is responsible for leading the overall execution of the annual plan following the business development policy and procedures. A results-driven planner, Camille provides expert relationship management and strategic guidance to the team at Ecofish. She builds trust through a demonstrated ability to optimize performance and achieve desired results, and has a passion for professional and personal development to continue to bring the highest value to clients. In her role as the Manager of Safety, Camille is responsible for the management of the safety program, policy and procedures to establish a culture of safety. Camille has developed and delivered multiple safety training programs to meet both regulatory training requirements and corporate safety initiatives. As a certified internal safety auditor with the BC Forest Safety Council, Camille has conducted numerous administrative, field and corporate safety audits. Camille has been an integral resource to becoming and maintaining both COR and SAFE certification which are standard industry requirements for working on many large-scale projects.
With a diverse background in Eco-Tourism, Natural Resources Management and Safety, Camille’s specialized skillset has been essential to supporting the continued success of Ecofish.
