Crystal Butler is Project Analyst and Risk Assessment Manager with more than 10 years of management experience. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alberta and an Associate Certificate in Human Resource Management from BCIT. Crystal is adept at identifying project risks to ensure the effective operation of Ecofish as a business. She excels as a problem solver by designing, implementing, and monitoring processes necessary to ensure effective and profitable project performance. She has extensive experience with earned value management systems and has led the implementation of standardized project management and human resource management policies and procedures. Crystal oversees business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding quality standards throughout development and execution.
